Quality Workmanship
We assess the property first, then recommend the solution that suits the condition and required results

REAL WORK. VISIBLE RESULTS.
HOW IT WORKS
Our guided ''Quote Planner'' collects the essentials so we can understand your
needs before arranging an assessment.

We provide selected residential and commercial renovation services, including painting, tiling, ceiling installation and repairs, plastering, surface upgrades and project coordination. The final scope depends on the property’s condition and the work required.
Yes. We assess the property, discuss your intended result and identify the work required. This helps us prepare a clearer scope and a quotation based on the actual conditions at the property.
Yes. The quotation will describe the agreed scope of work and associated costs. Any exclusions, provisional items or important project conditions will be explained before the work begins.
The timeframe depends on the size and complexity of the project, material availability, access, drying times and whether unexpected defects are discovered. We will provide an estimated schedule once the scope has been assessed.
In most cases yes, however should the renovation project involve a major overall, it is advised that we clear all spaces to protect valuables etc and ensure that deadlines are met
We plan the work sequence, protect surrounding areas where practical and maintain an organised work area. Renovations naturally create some dust, noise and inconvenience, but we aim to minimise unnecessary disruption.
Yes. We provide painting services for suitable interior and exterior surfaces. The work may include surface preparation, minor repairs, priming and application of the selected finishing system.
Proper preparation helps paint adhere correctly and creates a more durable, even finish. Preparation may include cleaning, scraping, sanding, filling cracks, repairing damaged plaster and applying a suitable primer.
Yes. We install wall and floor tiles in suitable areas. The surface must be assessed and prepared correctly to support the tiles and achieve a neat, durable result.
In some cases, tiling over existing tiles may be possible if the original tiles are secure, level and properly prepared. Where the existing surface is loose, uneven or damaged, removal may be recommended.
Yes. We provide selected ceiling installation and repair services. The most suitable approach depends on the ceiling material, supporting structure, extent of damage and condition of the surrounding area.
Localised replacement may be possible when the damage is limited and the surrounding ceiling remains sound. Widespread damage, recurring moisture or structural concerns may require a larger section to be replaced.
Yes. We provide renovation building, plaster repairs, surface preparation and selected plastering upgrades. The repair method depends on the type of surface, extent of cracking and condition of the underlying material.
Some internal walls may be altered, but the wall must first be assessed to determine whether it is load-bearing or contains electrical, plumbing or other services. Structural alterations may require professional engineering input and municipal approval before work begins.
Certain alterations may require approved building plans or other permissions, particularly when structural elements, external appearance, drainage or the property layout are affected. The property owner is responsible for ensuring that all required approvals are in place unless otherwise agreed.
Renovation work can reveal concealed problems such as water damage, defective wiring, plumbing leaks, deteriorated plaster or structural defects. If this happens, we will explain the issue and discuss the required additional work before proceeding.
You are able to supply your own materials, however guarantees cannot be put in place by us due to our relationship with suppliers and carry over guarantees are not applied
Any requested changes or additional work will be discussed and, where necessary, quoted separately. The effect on the price and project schedule should be approved before the additional work proceeds.
Yes. Where included in the agreed scope, we coordinate the sequence of work to help the project progress efficiently. This may include scheduling preparation, repairs, ceilings, plastering, painting, tiling and finishing work.
Guarantees depend on the type of work completed, the condition of existing surfaces and structures, and the materials or systems used. Any applicable workmanship or product guarantees will be explained in the quotation.
Before work begins, remove valuable, fragile and personal items from the work area where possible. Access arrangements, furniture movement, parking, security and any areas that must remain operational should also be discussed in advance
